This unique collaboration between The Macallan and JING Tea celebrates the shared artistry of whisky and tea through the rare Phoenix Honey Orchid oolong from China's Phoenix Mountain range. Crafted by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, this expression predominantly matured in sherry-seasoned American oak casks with subtle European oak and ex-bourbon American oak influences, creating a tribute to JING's rare aromatic tea. The collaboration reflects both brands' commitment to nature, with The Macallan's "acorn to glass" philosophy meeting JING Tea's "garden to cup" approach. This domestic release showcases the Harmony Collection's exploration of natural inspiration beyond traditional whisky boundaries. Warm honey tones deliver summery peach, apricot, and tropical fruits layered with floral honey sweetness, complemented by toffee and oak influences that mirror the delicate complexity of its Phoenix Honey Orchid tea inspiration.

* SHIPPING WINE IN COLD or WARM WEATHER
Please be aware that extreme cold or heat can cause damage to wine. If temperatures in your area are below freezing or above 80 degrees for a sustained period of time, please advise us to hold your wine until the weather is milder, or to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.
Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
