The Paloma 2021 vintage is 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet, all estate grown, and it's even more gorgeous than years past. It is a big, world-class red wine capable of improving with bottle age for many years. Complex aromas of black berry fruits, chocolate, tobacco, spice and floral notes with mineral overtone. On the palate the wine has a big silky mouth feel, well balanced with flavors of berries, fruit, cocoa, and spice, with a long spicy, velvety finish.

94 Points Wine Spectator: "Rich and plush in texture, with generous, multilayered flavors of red currant and cherry laced with spicy cinnamon and mocha espresso. Finishes with polished tannins."

93 Points Robert Parker: "Exotic rose-like floral notes emerge on the nose, joined by hints of mint, cherry tomato and red berries. In the mouth, the wine shows the silky, well-rounded characteristics of ripe Merlot, plump and full-bodied, with a lingering, supple, mocha-tinged finish. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality and pedigree.”

Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.

Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
