From a single estate in Guanajuato, Mexico, Lagrimas La Sabina Plata is a rare terroir-driven blanco tequila that captures the soul of one remarkable agave field. This additive-free, single-vintage expression from the legendary Cascahuin distillery (NOM 1123) is a bottle unlike anything in a standard tequila lineup.
Sourced exclusively from Blue Weber agave grown on the La Sabina ranch in Guanajuato, this single-estate plata is produced at Cascahuin, one of Mexico's most respected distilleries. The Lagrimas Del Valle project, whose name translates to Tears of the Valley, exists to honor the distinct character that soil, climate, and harvest year impart to premium, additive-free tequila. Every bottle reflects a specific place and moment in time.
- Nose: Fresh agave, citrus zest, and subtle herbal and mineral notes rooted in the Guanajuato terroir
- Palate: Bright and clean with cooked agave sweetness, light pepper, and a gentle earthiness that speaks to its single-estate origin
- Finish: Smooth and lingering with a delicate herbal warmth and a mineral-driven, terroir-forward fade
Lagrimas La Sabina Plata shines in a classic Margarita or a Paloma, where its bright, clean agave character can take center stage without being overshadowed by heavier flavors.
Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks to fully appreciate its single-estate complexity. Made from Blue Weber agave grown in Guanajuato, Mexico, and crafted at Cascahuin (NOM 1123) with no additives.

* SHIPPING WINE IN COLD or WARM WEATHER
Please be aware that extreme cold or heat can cause damage to wine. If temperatures in your area are below freezing or above 80 degrees for a sustained period of time, please advise us to hold your wine until the weather is milder, or to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.
Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
