Released as part of The Glenlivet's The Sample Room Collection - a series of experimental expressions with unique cask finishes and flavors - this precious single malt Scotch whisky has matured for 21 years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and ex-sherry casks before being triple-cask finished in a combination of first-fill Oloroso Sherry, Tronçais oak Cognac and Vintage Colheita Port casks. Bottled at 43% ABV (86-proof), the triple cask finish brings extra layers of depth, smoothness and intriguing spiciness to The Glenlivet’s iconic smooth and fruity style. Luscious aromas of caramelized pears and juicy peaches, spicy notes of cinnamon and fragrant nutmeg fill the nose. The palate is complex, fruity and spicy, with notes of dried apricots, juicy sultanas, and chocolate-coated ginger followed by a long and rich finish with warming spice.

Please be aware that extreme cold or heat can cause damage to wine. If temperatures in your area are below freezing or above 80 degrees for a sustained period of time, please advise us to hold your wine until the weather is milder, or to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.
Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
