This newest label from Benoit Touquette is as good as it gets in its class. Surprisingly, it shows as one of the best wines in tasting lineups despite its youth. Silky smooth, it is comprised of fruit from all the Napa Valley grower vineyards Benoit works with for his single vineyard efforts and it is comprised of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

The nose shows rich strawberry, blackberry, and chocolate notes that open on the palate to a silky ripeness with excellent density. Velvety tannins support the full body and allow the long, fruit-filled finish to bloom.”
As you might remember, Benoit is the winemaker at Realm, Marciano, and Fairest Creature. He also owns Teeter Totter Wines. He has amassed 28 (and counting) 100-point wines under his belt. 500 cases were produced of this debut bottling.
This wine is Benoit Touquette’s snapshot of Napa Valley, capturing his personal view of the vintage from valley floor to hillside heights.
Deep loamy soils on the valley floor give way to shallow and rocky mountain slopes, and volcanic tufa where seismic activity once coated the region in ash. Coupled with the wide range of elevations, slopes, and exposures, this diversity creates thousands of unique growing conditions and possibilities.
Fait-Main’s Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is assembled with fruit from all of Fait-Main’s acclaimed single-vineyard sources, plus several exciting up-and-coming vineyards that may become single-vineyard expressions in time. It celebrates the unique and multifaceted charisma of Napa Valley, writ large.
Vintage Notes
Napa Valley’s 2021 growing season produced small yields with outsized intensity. Wines from this vintage are exceptionally fresh and structured, with graceful aromatics and more red and blue fruit. Already they show wonderful elegance and refinement and will continue to impress for many years to come.

* SHIPPING WINE IN COLD or WARM WEATHER
Please be aware that extreme cold or heat can cause damage to wine. If temperatures in your area are below freezing or above 80 degrees for a sustained period of time, please advise us to hold your wine until the weather is milder, or to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.
Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
