Hayman’s Old Tom Gin is a rich style with a slight sweetness pleasantly rounding out the botanical base. From the 10 Hayman’s botanicals, juniper and two types of cinnamon are emphasized. It's the key ingredient in classic cocktails such as the Martinez and Tom Collins. Old Tom Gin is the gateway into gin and gin cocktails.
Try Hayman’s Old Tom and soda (with lime to make a Rickey) or stir Hayman’s with dry or blanc vermouth for a softer Martini. Its depth and rich profile make for an ideal Aviation or French 75.

This is clear in the glass, with a lightly sweet, complex aroma that promises lemon peel, anise and vanilla. The slightly viscous palate delivers anise, powdered sugar and vanilla, finishing with cinnamon piquancy. Overall pleasing, it boasts a classic flavor profile that's exactly what an Old Tom gin is expected to be.

Please be aware that extreme cold or heat can cause damage to wine. If temperatures in your area are below freezing or above 80 degrees for a sustained period of time, please advise us to hold your wine until the weather is milder, or to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.
Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
