Lucy Santa Lucia Highlands Gamay Noir 2024 750ml
TASTING NOTES: The third vintage of this wine, the Gamay Noir has rapidly become a favorite of the Lucy collection. The 2024 vintage is rich, full and layered—a beautiful and generous expression of Gamay from the granite soils of the Santa Lucia Highlands. The growing season was cool and steady with enough warmth to achieve a harmonious phenolic ripeness. Neutral barrels allow the fruit to shine uninhibited by oak, as bright notes of cranberry, boysenberry and lavender pop from the glass at first swirl. The palate presents a teeming basket of mixed fruit, filled to the brim with juicy marionberries, pomegranate, and tart Bing cherries. Subtle tannins are woven into layers with a tight acidity, to create a rich, elegant and fun wine to drink. The Pisoni Family has always been committed to making exceptional wines, and Lucy allows them to combine this passion with philanthropy. The Pisoni family donates one dollar of each bottle of Gamay Noir sold to Big Sur Fire. Since inception, the combined Lucy family of wines has generated over $250,000 in contributions.

* SHIPPING WINE IN COLD or WARM WEATHER
Please be aware that extreme cold or heat can cause damage to wine. If temperatures in your area are below freezing or above 80 degrees for a sustained period of time, please advise us to hold your wine until the weather is milder, or to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.
Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
