Ernest Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2021 750ml
I love the density to this, with sliced green apple, light yogurt and flint. Match stick, too. Medium-bodied with a lovely, linear and steely finish. Crafted. Drink now. 
The 2021 Chardonnay (Sonoma Coast) is a beautiful appellation-level wine. Soft and open-knit, with lovely brightness, the Sonoma Coast Chardonnay offers a fine expression of the house style. Lemon confit, almond, dried flowers and chamomile open in a Chardonnay that offers terrific textural richness while remaining very much on the understated side of things.
Winemaker Notes
A bright canary yellow wine with clear and luscious golden hues. The fruit notes are reminiscent of Asian pears and loquats with hints of sour unripe pineapples. The minerality is also up-front with nuances of ocean air, wet sands, and oyster shells. For Burgundy lovers, this Chardonnay has the subtlety of flavors and exuberance of acidity and terroir.

Please be aware that extreme cold or heat can cause damage to wine. If temperatures in your area are below freezing or above 80 degrees for a sustained period of time, please advise us to hold your wine until the weather is milder, or to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.
Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
