The Estate Vineyard is located in the Calistoga AVA. It is north of the town, surrounded by rolling hills and in view of Mt. St Helena. Calistoga has the most considerable diurnal temperature variation among Napa Valley AVAs. Yields are small (2 to 3 tons per acre). Ehren Jordan has farmed this property organically since 2011. The harvest and vintage year 2018 in Napa Valley was nothing short of exceptional, leaving winemakers and wine enthusiasts alike in awe of the quality and depth of the wines produced.
Tasting Notes
Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is our final tribute to the power and boldness of the Estate Vineyard in Calistoga in the Napa Valley. Its inky, almost opaque appearance foreshadows the intensity that awaits. The nose is an explosion of dark fruit, with blackcurrants and blackberries leading the charge, accompanied by hints of espresso and vanilla. On the palate, it commands attention with its robust structure and flavors of black cherry, plum, and licorice. Toasted oak and a touch of dark chocolate weave in, adding richness and depth. The finish is bold, leaving a lasting impression of strength and finesse. This bottle will age for the next 3 - 5 - 15 years.

Please be aware that extreme cold or heat can cause damage to wine. If temperatures in your area are below freezing or above 80 degrees for a sustained period of time, please advise us to hold your wine until the weather is milder, or to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.
Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
