Method 2023 California Cabernet Sauvignon is made by Master Somm Ian Cauble who is leveraging his contacts in Napa to find exceptional vineyard sourcing for his winery called Precision Wine Company. This gorgeous best buy in California Cabernet comes from an top vineyards from select locations throughout the State. The wine was aged 18 months in French oak with about 50% of the barrels new and the attention to detail in this wine is fantastic!
The Method 2023 California Cabernet features opulent layers of blackberry, bing cherry and juicy red fruit character that unfold with complex nuances of violet and mocha. Ample, mature tannins provide firm structure and rich texture for the mouth filling flavors. This rich, generous California Cabernet Sauvignon is approachable and delicious now.
This current release and it is absolutely loaded with every bit of silken blueberry cobbler, blackberry jam, vivid cherry, and chocolate-laced deliciousness that any of us could ever ask for. This wine is simply seamless and has a gorgeous satin texture and a dazzling purity of fruit that any Napa Cab fan will simply love.

Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
