This wine was whole cluster pressed, followed by cold settling in stainless tanks before going to barrel for fermentation. The slow fermentation in barrel allowed for exuberant tropical \u0026amp; citrus aromas, in addition to offering a compelling texture across the palate. Post fermentation sur lie stirring and aging added additional layers of complexity in our winemaking process. Aged 14 months in French Oak.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2022 Skywalker Chardonnay showcases the unique coastal climate and Marin County terroir. Generous fruit aromas of lemon, lychee and white flower blossom are accentuated by delicate sweet oak nuances and a briny minerality. On first taste flavors of pineapple, pomelo and citrus are present.
