Beautiful straw yellow color with a wonderful effervescence. This sparkling wine opens with sublime notes of green apples with both good acidity and pleasant minerality. On the palate, green apples with harmonizing acidity and minerality, before leading to a delicate essence of lemon mousse with a buttery vitality and finishing with aromas of peaches and apricots.
Grapes are carefully selected across California’s finest vineyards in order to capture the essence of the land, beyond Napa Valley. With an emphasis on the geographic diversity of the region, theChardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are then nourished to perfection by the warm sun, cool breezes, and mineral-rich soil. Louis Pommery is signed by Thierry Gasco, 9th cellar master of Champagne Pommery. His pioneering spirit led him on a quest to produce the purest, clearest wines through a revolutionary method of yeast encapsulation, first-of-its-kind process that allows to remove yeast sediment with better precision.
Blend: 95% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir

Please be aware that extreme cold or heat can cause damage to wine. If temperatures in your area are below freezing or above 80 degrees for a sustained period of time, please advise us to hold your wine until the weather is milder, or to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.
Your wines will be shipped by us in perfect condition and any damage incurred due to weather is not covered by the shipping company insurance, or guaranteed by us. We will gladly store your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until the weather is more suitable for shipping.
Due to the increasing difficulty of shipping wine & spirits, shipments may take longer than expected, and expedited shipping methods are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
